Your buyer on the ground at the Canton Fair — whether or not you fly in.
Sixty thousand booths and five days is not a sourcing plan. We shortlist the booths that match your product before the session opens, walk the halls with you or instead of you, negotiate in Chinese, collect the samples, and keep the follow-up alive after everyone flies home.
What a session with us looks like
- map A booth-by-booth plan in your hand before the doors open
- record_voice_over Someone who negotiates in Chinese standing next to you
- inventory_2 Samples collected, labelled and shipped as one parcel
- forward_to_inbox Follow-up that continues after you land back home
What We Do Around a Session
The fair is five days. The order takes four months. We cover both ends.
Pre-Fair Shortlist
Send your product list before you fly. We map it to the right phase and halls and come back with a booth-by-booth plan, so day one starts with appointments instead of wandering.
On-Site Interpretation
A Chinese-speaking sourcing colleague walks the halls with you, translates the technical conversation, and reads the room — not a hired interpreter who has never bought anything.
Negotiation On Your Side
We negotiate in Chinese, on your behalf, against a target price agreed with you beforehand — including MOQ, tooling, payment terms and lead time, not just unit price.
Booth-Level Verification
Exhibiting at the fair is not proof of anything. We check whether a booth is the factory or a trading company, and we can follow up with a plant visit before you commit.
Sample Handling
We collect samples across booths, label them against your enquiry, and consolidate them into one shipment instead of a dozen couriers to your office.
Post-Fair Follow-Up
The fair ends and the replies stop. We keep the thread alive in Chinese, chase quotations and revised samples, and turn the cards you collected into a real shortlist.
Order & Inspection
When you place the order we run it: contract, deposit, production follow-up and pre-shipment inspection, with SGS or Bureau Veritas where the buyer or market requires it.
Freight & Customs
Consolidation, air or sea freight, DDP where you want it, customs paperwork and delivery to your warehouse or Amazon FBA.
Which Phase Is Your Product In?
The China Import and Export Fair runs twice a year in Guangzhou, at the Canton Fair Complex in Pazhou, and each session is split into three phases by product family. Booking the wrong week is the most expensive mistake a first-time attendee makes.
Electronics and home appliances, machinery, hardware and tools, building materials, vehicles and parts, chemicals and lighting.
Consumer goods, gifts and home decoration — including furniture, kitchenware, tableware and household products.
Textiles and garments, shoes, bags and cases, office supplies, toys, baby and maternity, food, and health and recreation products.
Session dates move every year, so we do not print them here — confirm the current calendar on the organiser's own site, cantonfair.org.cn. Tell us your product and we will tell you which phase to book and whether it is worth attending at all.
Why Buyers Bring Us
We have been sourcing out of China since 2003, across a network of more than 1,000 verified factories. The fair is one of the places we find them.
You are attending
Flights, hotel and a week of your time are the expensive part — not our fee. Going in with a booth plan and someone who speaks the language is what decides whether that week produces suppliers or business cards.
You are not attending
We walk the halls for you. You get photos, video from the booth, collected samples and a written shortlist, and you never leave your office. For most first orders this is the better economics.
The language gap is real
Booth staff at the fair are selling to the whole world in their second language. The specification detail that decides your defect rate is the part that gets lost, and it gets lost in both directions.
The follow-up gap is worse
Every exhibitor leaves the fair with hundreds of cards. Whoever follows up in Chinese, in their timezone, within the week is the buyer who gets a quotation. That is usually not the overseas buyer.
Not going to Guangzhou at all? Our China sourcing agent service covers the same ground year-round, and the Yiwu market is open every working day for smaller and mixed orders.
