Where Artificial Flowers Sit in the Trade City
The Yiwu International Trade City has around 75,000 booths. Artificial flowers are one of the main trades of District 1, which opened in 2002, and Yiwu also runs a dedicated artificial flower fair each year.
District 1, 1st floor
Artificial flowers, stems, bouquets and flower accessories — the main concentration of the trade, next to plush and toys on the same floor.
4th floors and District 1 East
More flower stalls continue on the fourth floor of District 1 and of the District 1 East extension, including plants, wreaths and larger decor pieces.
An export market
Around four fifths of the trade is exported. Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, South America, the Middle East and Africa are the markets stall owners name, so export packing is routine.

Yiwu orders rarely come from one seller. Goods from every booth are delivered to our Yiwu warehouse, checked, and consolidated into one shipment with one set of documents.
Inspection Before Loading
Every delivery is opened and checked against the approved sample, with photo and video reports. SGS or Bureau Veritas can inspect where you need an independent report.

Sea, rail or air from Yiwu, export documents, and DDP to your door where you want the landed number fixed before you commit.

Where Flower Orders Go Wrong
None of these are exotic, and all of them are cheaper to prevent than to argue about.
Colour is the whole product
Two stalls selling "the same" peony will not match side by side, and a reorder can come back a shade off. We keep your approved stem as the colour standard and compare every batch against it before it is packed.
Flowers are crushed, not broken
Most complaints are flattened petals and bent stems from cartons packed to save volume. Stem count per box, inner supports and carton grade are agreed before the order, not discovered on arrival.
You pay to ship air
Artificial flowers are light and bulky, so freight is priced on volume. Packing density and carton size change the landed cost per stem more than a small booth discount.
Outdoor use needs a UV spec
Indoor stems fade quickly in sunlight. If the flowers are for outdoor displays or planters, UV-resistant material has to be specified and sampled up front, because it cannot be added later.
