Buying from eight showrooms without a loading plan produces a container that will not close and a shipment that arrives incomplete. Consolidation is decided before the first deposit, not at the port.
Furniture fails in transit, not in the factory
Most claims we see are transit damage on adequate goods. Packaging specification is where that money is saved, and it is the line buyers cut first.
Sample approval is the whole contract
