Why the choice of agent matters
Most people sourcing from China work with an individual agent, and for small first orders that can be fine. It stops being fine the moment something goes wrong and you need someone with more than a phone number at stake.

- Look up the company Search the registered name above. A real trading entity leaves a record; a website does not.
- Visit the office Room 439, Block C, Dingfu Plaza in Yiwu. Tell us when you are coming and we will meet you there.
- Walk the warehouse See your goods being inspected and consolidated before they ship. No appointment theatre.
- Visit the factory We will take you to the factory making your product. Buyers who see the line rarely worry about the quote.
- Ask for third-party QC Where an independent report matters, we book SGS or Bureau Veritas rather than grading our own work.
