The service fee drops as your order grows
Our fee is a percentage of the total goods value of each order — nothing else is added on top by us. Larger orders carry a lower rate, so the more you consolidate into one order, the less you pay per dollar sourced.
Because you are free to bring your own suppliers under the Basic Plan, you can always benchmark our quote against a factory you already use. We would rather you check than wonder.

Confirm the order
You choose Pro (our suppliers) or Basic (your own suppliers). The service fee is set here, from the published rate card, on the total goods value of the order.
We run it to your door
Production follow-up, quality inspection with photo report, free warehousing and consolidation, then delivery by courier, sea or air freight.
